This document establishes the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of the Autigames platform, available through a mobile app and/or web environment, owned by AUTIGAMES JOGOS DIGITAIS LTDA, registered under CNPJ nº 60.955.520/0001-80, headquartered at AV. CEL. Lucas de Oliveira 1107, Bairro Mon't Serrat, Porto Alegre – Rio Grande do Sul – CEP 90450-045 (Autigames, Platform or We).
By creating an account, accessing or using the Platform, the user declares that they have read, understood, and fully agree to the terms below.
1. Definitions
Family Account: account model intended for home use, under the responsibility of an adult. Professional Account: intended for professionals, institutions, or service providers. Player Profile: behavioral and progress data without direct personal identification. Games: interactive experiences made available on the Platform. Subscription: recurring payment for access to content. User: any person who uses the Platform.
2. Platform Overview
Autigames is a digital platform of interactive games with a socioemotional and educational focus.
Autigames is not a medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic device, does not replace psychological, psychiatric, pedagogical, or clinical care, and does not provide reports or prescriptions.
3. Account Models
3.1 Family Account Create a Player Profile with progress tracking Access to the Emotion Map game Access to additional games with an active subscription Access to future updates The guardian declares they are 18 years of age or older and assumes full responsibility for the use of the Platform.
3.2 Professional Account Plans with up to 5, 10, or more than 10 profiles Individual management of Player Profiles Game-specific, character, and stage configuration Private notes per profile and session Notes are for the professional's exclusive use and are not reviewed by Autigames.
4. Player Profiles and Data Collected
4.1 Data we do NOT collect Legal name CPF, ID, or official documents Physical address Biometric or medical data

5. Data Use and Privacy
Autigames operates in compliance with Brazilian Law nº 13.709/2018 (LGPD), using legal bases such as contract performance, legitimate interest, and consent.
6. Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellation
Access to certain content requires an active subscription.
Cancellation can be made at any time, taking effect at the end of the current billing cycle, with no proportional refund unless required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All Platform content is protected by copyright and belongs exclusively to Autigames or its licensors.
8. Limitation of Liability
Use of the Platform is at the user's own risk, subject to applicable legal limits.
9. Information Security
We adopt adequate technical and organizational measures to protect data.
10. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be changed at any time. Continued use implies agreement with the updated version.
11. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Brazilian law applies, with the courts of Porto Alegre – RS designated as the competent jurisdiction.
